\u201eB\u011bhem lockdownu jsem pravideln\u011b ka\u017edy\u0301 den vytvo\u0159il jednu kresbu. Poka\u017ed\u00e9 jsem p\u0159etiskl na \u010disty\u0301 pap\u00edr fragment xylografi ck\u00e9ho obrazu okop\u00edrovan\u00e9ho ze svazku Modern\u00ed um\u011bn\u00ed v mistrovsky\u0301ch d\u0159evorytech z roku 1898 a ten p\u0159epracoval a doplnil. Tento soubor reprodukc\u00ed vy\u0301tvarn\u00e9ho um\u011bn\u00ed tehdej\u0161\u00ed doby byl jedn\u00edm z m\u00e1la inspira\u010dn\u00edch zdroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsem m\u011bl k dispozici, kdy\u017e byl radik\u00e1ln\u011b omezen n\u00e1\u0161 pohyb. Vzniklo tak kolem stovky kreseb. V tu samou dobu jsem bral on line hodiny angli\u010dtiny. S my\u0301m u\u010ditelem jsme prob\u00edrali v\u0161e mo\u017en\u00e9. V pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 aplikaci jsme ukl\u00e1dali na\u0161i pr\u016fb\u011b\u017enou komunikaci a chatov\u00e9 pozn\u00e1mky. Z\u00e1znamy z hodin mi p\u0159i zp\u011btn\u00e9m pro\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednaly skoro a\u017e dadaistickou textovou kol\u00e1\u017e. Oba dva zdroje, kter\u00e9 ilustruj\u00ed tehdej\u0161\u00ed situaci, jsem pozd\u011bji probral, uspo\u0159\u00e1dal do knihy\u2026\u201c<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDuring the lockdown, I created one drawing every day. I would press a fragment of a xylographic image, copied from the book Modern\u00ed um\u011bn\u00ed v mistrovsky\u0301ch d\u0159evorytech from 1898, onto clean paper, then reworked and expanded it. This collection of reproductions of contemporary artwork was one of the few sources of inspiration I had available when our movement was severely restricted. As a result, around a hundred drawings were created. At the same time, I was attending online English classes. My teacher and I covered all sorts of topics. In the app we used, we stored our ongoing communication and chat notes. Rereading the notes later, they resembled almost a Dadaist textual collage.
